Reduced Blood Pressure

" Being a father and a business owner can be challenging and due to excessive amount of stress, I was told I have hypertension and I need to reduce my levels of stress. Sahand helped me learn breathing exercises to improve my sleep, reduce stress, and control my blood pressure. I have gone from 135/90 to 123/83 in less than 3 months and my doctor will soon reevaluate my medications. I feel amazing and very surprised that all this was done using the breath.
